White corundum micro powder is widely used in abrasive tools, sandblasting, polishing and other fields, special for lapping compounds,  buffing compounds and polishing compounds, because of its excellent properties such as high hardness, strong wear resistance and good chemical stability. 1. Precision grinding and polishing
Due to its high hardness and uniform particle size, white corundum micro powder is widely used in high-precision grinding and polishing of precision optical components (such as lenses, prisms), semiconductor wafers, precision metal parts, etc., and can achieve the stringent requirements of surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
2. Advanced ceramic and refractory additives
In the preparation of special ceramics or refractory materials, white corundum micro powder can be used as a reinforcing phase to improve the material's high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance and mechanical strength, such as for the manufacture of high-temperature kiln linings, spacecraft insulation components or high-performance ceramic tools.
3. Surface treatment and functional coatings
