White Alumina Oxide FEPA-F

White Alumina Oxide F sand is made from industrial alumina powder through high-temperature smelting.It has a pure and white color, which is due to its extremely high alumina purity and very few impurities. 
It has many remarkable characteristics. Its Mohs hardness reaches 9.0, second only to diamond. Its high hardness gives it an outstanding grinding ability, enabling it to process workpieces quickly and efficiently. Its purity is usually above 99%, ensuring good chemical stability and wear resistance. The abrasive grains have good self-sharpening properties. During the grinding process, they will continuously break by themselves to form new cutting edges, maintaining efficient grinding and reducing grinding force and heat, and minimizing damage to workpieces. The particle size is uniform, ensuring consistent grinding effects. 
In terms of applications, white fused alumina F sand is often used for the grinding of metal and non-metal materials, such as the processing of precision parts. It can be used for the polishing of materials like optical glass and gemstones to achieve a mirror effect. It can also be used for sandblasting treatment of metals and stones to clean the surface and increase the roughness.
