Product Description

Brown Alumina Oxide 

Brown Alumina Oxide  is a high-hardness artificial abrasive made of high-quality bauxite as the main raw material, which is smelted in high-temperature electric arc furnace (above 2000℃), cooled and crystallized, and then crushed and sieved. The production process strictly controls the raw material ratio and melting process to ensure that the product has high purity (Al2O3 ≥ 95%), high toughness and excellent thermal stability, with Mohs hardness of 9.0.

Applications in the field of grinding and polishing:

1. High-efficiency grinding: brown corundum particles with sharp edges are suitable for rough and fine grinding of metal, wood, glass and other materials, and can be made into tools such as Grinding wheels, belts, whetstone , etc., which can significantly improve the efficiency of surface treatment.

2. Precision Polishing: Micro-powder grade brown corundum through grading treatment is widely used for precision polishing of automobile parts, stainless steel products, etc., realizing matte to mirror effect.
