Product Description

Brown Alumina Oxide

Brown Alumina Oxide is a super-hard synthetic abrasive made from high quality bauxite as the main raw material, which is melted in high temperature electric arc furnace (above 2000℃) and crystallized by cooling. Its production process strictly control the ratio of raw materials and melting process, to ensure that the product has a high hardness (Mohs 9.0 or more), high toughness, high temperature resistance and chemical stability and other excellent characteristics.

Application advantages in wear-resistant flooring:

1. Excellent abrasion resistance: brown corundum particles are evenly embedded in the surface layer of the floor, which significantly improves the anti-grinding and anti-scratch performance, and is suitable for factories, warehouses, parking lots and other high-traffic places.

2. Anti-slip safety: The microscopic crystal structure forms a rough surface, which enhances the coefficient of friction and maintains the anti-slip effect in rainy days or oil-contaminated environments.
