Product Description

Calcined Bauxite

Calcined Bauxite is produced by sintering high alumina bauxite in rotary, round or shaft kilns at high temperatures. This process of calcining(heating) bauxite in kilns removes moisture and gives Calcined Bauxite its high alumina content and heat-resistance, low iron, and grain hardness and toughness.

Its thermal stability, high mechanical strength and resistance to molten slags make Calcined Bauxite an ideal raw material in the production of many

refractory, abrasive and specialty product applications.

Rotary Bauxite is produced from non metallurgical. Bauxite grades with a high diasporic content through sintering in rotary kilns at 1650-1700°C. Al2O3 contents range from 75% to 90%. Most important characteristics are high thermal stability, high mechanical strength and good resistance to molten slags.

Application

1. Aluminum industry. Used in national defense, aerospace, automotive, electronics, chemical industry, daily necessities, etc.
2. Precision casting. Alumina clinker manufactured after precision mold of fine powder processed mold. Used in the aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment department.
3. Refractory products. The high refractoriness of bauxite clinker is as high as 1780, strong chemical stability and good physical properties.
4. Refractory fiber of aluminum silicate. Used in iron and steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemistry, aerospace, nuclear power, defense, and other industries.
5. Magnesia and bauxite clinker as raw material, add the appropriate binder, used to pour the ladle. The ladle coating has particularly good effects.
6. Alumina cement, abrasive materials, the ceramic industry and the chemical industry can be made of aluminum with various compounds.
