Ceramic Beads

Ceramic Beads are a spherical blasting and peening media produced by electrofusion at a temperature of 2000°C. Ceramic beads are extremely tough and fracture-resistant, which ensures consistent peening intensities and surface finishes. Ceramic Beads are available in two grades, one for impact surface treatment and the other for shot peening applications. A variety of sizes are available for finishing, peening, deburring, cleaning and descaling 
ferrous and non-ferrous parts.

The ceramic bead sandblasting process is not easy to break, has no dust, no metal pollution, is clean and environmentally friendly, has a higher finish than glass beads, and has a service life of about 20-30 times longer. Compared with steel shots and iron sand, it has lower roughness, no iron pollution to the workpiece, no metal powder residue on the workpiece surface, no color difference, and restores the natural color of the metal.

Application

Automotive field: used for surface cleaning and deburring of Automotive Engine Castings; It is used to clean the welds and welding spots on the car floor and prepare for subsequent spraying; Used for shot peening of automobile springs to improve fatigue life. It is used for beautification and sandblasting of aluminum alloy automobile wheels to eliminate stress and improve impact resistance.

Mold and machining: used for sand blasting of stainless steel mold, copper mold and aluminum alloy mold, such as tire mold, injection mold and stamping mold, to improve surface finish. Clean the flash and burr of machined parts.

Electronic equipment field: used for sandblasting the shells of mobile phones, tablet computers and watches made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. It can adjust the roughness and gloss of the surface as required, and has the characteristics of anti fingerprint.
